Privacy Policy
XRadar is a browser extension that highlights posts on x.com worth replying to and helps you phrase replies. XRadar is made by Tavrex LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the data described here. This policy explains what data XRadar handles, why, and what control you have. We collect as little as we can.
What stays in your browser
Your settings, topics, reply goal, stats, streaks and what XRadar learns about the posts you like are stored locally in your browser (Chrome storage). They are not sent to us. Removing the extension deletes them.
What we receive
- Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code and to link your account to a subscription.
- Post texts you see on x.com, only when XRadar checks whether posts match your topics or when you ask for help with a reply, together with the thought you type. These texts are sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider to produce the answer. We do not store post texts or your drafts after the answer is returned.
- Usage counters: how many reply helps and topic checks you used today, so daily limits work.
- Subscription status from Paddle: plan, status, renewal or end date. We never see or store your card details.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse of sign-in (rate limits) and is not kept beyond a few hours.
What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- We don't collect your X password or direct messages, and XRadar works only on x.com.
- We don't post, like, follow or take any action on X for you.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare hosts our server and database.
- Anthropic (Claude) processes post texts and your thoughts to check topics and help with replies. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models by default.
- Resend sends sign-in codes by email.
- Paddle is our reseller and Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes and invoices under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep data
Sign-in codes expire within minutes and are deleted daily. Sessions last up to 90 days. Usage counters are kept for a short time to run daily limits and simple cost reports. Account data is kept while your account exists.
Your rights
We process personal data under the UK GDPR, to provide the service you asked for (contract) and to keep it secure (legitimate interest). You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to support@getxradar.com. You can sign out on all devices from XRadar settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself, so cancel it first in XRadar settings → manage subscription. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or to the data protection authority where you live.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.
Chrome Web Store user data
XRadar's use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only to provide XRadar's features and is never transferred for other purposes.
Children
XRadar is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and tell users inside XRadar.
