Terms of Service

These terms apply to the XRadar browser extension and the XRadar service (together, "XRadar"), provided by Tavrex LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By installing or using XRadar you agree to them.

What XRadar does

XRadar highlights posts on x.com that may be worth replying to and helps you phrase replies from your own thoughts. It does not post, like, follow or take any action on X for you. You decide what to publish and you are responsible for it.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your email secure. One account is for one person.

Plans and payment

• XRadar has a free plan with daily limits and a paid Pro plan, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices and limits are shown on getxradar.com and in the extension.
• Pro includes a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in XRadar settings → manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Fair use

Don't use XRadar to spam, harass, mislead or break X's rules or the law, and don't try to bypass limits, resell access or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI output

Reply suggestions are generated with AI from the post and your thought. They can be wrong or unsuitable. Read them before posting. You own what you write and publish.

Availability and changes

We work to keep XRadar running but can't promise it will always be available or work with every change X makes to its website. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you can cancel and ask for a prorated refund.

No warranty and liability

XRadar is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for XRadar in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Not affiliated with X

XRadar is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X Corp.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts can hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring claims there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will tell users inside XRadar before it takes effect.
