Refund Policy

XRadar is provided by Tavrex LTD (United Kingdom). We want you to pay for XRadar only if it actually helps you.

Free trial

Pro starts with a free trial. Cancel before it ends in XRadar settings → manage subscription and you won't be charged anything.

14-day refund

If you're not happy with Pro, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, no questions asked. The same applies within 14 days of a yearly renewal.

Monthly renewals

Later monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid month.

How to ask

Write to support@getxradar.com from the email you use in XRadar, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. Paddle is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds. Money usually returns to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
